About the project
Mikko Raskinen's project combines modern materials with traditional art techniques, mixing circuit board design with oil painting. experimenting with the concepts of sacred art and technology. Creating technological icons for the information era.
About the artist
Mikko Raskinen is a European visual artist, photographer, film producer and researcher of the sacred. He has been working with oil paint since 2011. His teachers include renowned Finnish artists such as Antero KAhila, PÄIVI SIRÉN, Janne Kaitala and Alina Sinivaara. He lives and works in Helsinki, Finland.
